The global life sciences leader, Labcorp, is expanding its communications team with a crucial role focused on driving engagement and enhancing client relationships. This full-time, remote position offers a unique chance to contribute to impactful healthcare communications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engagement Communications: Develop strategies to boost service offerings engagement.
- Client Communications: Create and refine client-facing materials, supporting commercial teams with presentations and templates.
- Product Marketing/Communications: Collaborate with SMEs to highlight product value across various channels.
- Internal Communications: Manage the organization’s communications calendar, internal newsletters, and town halls.
- Crisis Communications: Develop client-facing messaging for unexpected events and support internal talking points.
- Marquee Client Communications: Manage custom communications and promotional needs for key clients.
- Commercial Support and Strategy: Improve communications processes and support commercial training.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, or English (Master’s preferred).
- 3-5 years of experience in corporate communications, public relations, or product marketing.
- Healthcare or wellness communications experience highly preferred.
- Visual design and multimedia creation/editing skills.
- Experience with Canva or similar design platform.
