What You’ll Do:

As a Retail Customer Care Phone Support Operator, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers and store team members. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Answering incoming calls and resolving customer inquiries.
Locating proof of purchase and assisting with returns and exchanges.
Providing website technical support.
De-escalating customer issues and ensuring satisfaction.
Documenting customer interactions in a case management system.
Close sales, Upsell, and process credit card payments.

Requirements:

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Typing speed of at least 45 WPM.
Ability to multitask and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
Availability to work shifts between Monday-Friday, 9:00 am – 6:00 pm EST, and some holidays.
Must live in the Eastern Time Zone.
High School Diploma or GED.
2 years of related experience.
